Description

Hand-thrown on a potting wheel by the maker himself, this large-format piece in Samuel Sparrow’s suite for tabletop bears the same rich collection of inclusions and imperfections that reveal the presence of human hands in its creation. The slowness and intention of rendering each stoneware platter mirrors the slowness and intention of preparing meals, a thoughtful comment on sharing and service. Available in two finishes.
