Thank you for your purchase from The NICOLEHOLLIS Collection. We trust your purchase will arrive safely, and effortlessly find its place in your home. Should you need any assistance, we are here to support you in accordance with the terms and conditions below. 

Please note that this Return Policy applies only to orders placed through this website.

 

Eligible Returns

Each piece in The NICOLEHOLLIS Collection is handcrafted by artisans using natural materials. Variations in tone, texture, shape, and finish are inherent to this process and considered part of the work’s character—not flaws. 

Select items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

To meet return eligibility, your request must meet the following criteria.

  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items are in unused, original condition with all original packaging intact

  • Return is approved in advance and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • Items are returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA & arrive in original condition

Items must be returned in resalable condition, with all packaging materials, labels, and documentation included. Items showing signs of wear or damage upon inspection will not be accepted. Once your return has been received and approved, a refund less any applicable restocking or return shipping fees will be made to the original payment method within 7 days. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We require all returns are shipped with full insurance and tracking, as damage which occurs in return shipping is the responsibility of the client.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Each piece in The NICOLEHOLLIS Collection is handcrafted by artisans using natural materials. Variations in tone, texture, shape, and finish are inherent to this process and considered part of the work’s character.

Damages 

Should your order arrive damaged, please follow the steps below to file a claim within 7 days of delivery. 

  1. Do not discard the item or any of the original packaging

  2. Email our client services team at concierge@nicoleholliscollection.com with photos and a detailed description of the damage

Once we review your claim, we will notify you of the outcome within 7 business days. If approved, we will issue a refund or replacement. In some cases, we may request that the item be returned to us for inspection.

Should your claim require a return, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed return instructions. When a return is required, failure to do so may result in denial of your claim.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery are subject to approval by the shipping carrier. We reserve the right to limit or refuse future purchases or returns from customers with a history of excessive or unreasonable return activity.

 

Missing Shipments or Incorrect Items

If your shipment is missing items, has incorrect items, or shows delivered but is missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery notification at concierge@nicoleholliscollection.com. 

 

International Shipping

All orders shipping outside the US are final sale and cannot be returned. Please note that your order may encounter shipping delays; we cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Note: the Coconut speaker is excluded from International and Express shipping due to lithium battery restrictions.
