Working from a collaborative design studio in rural southwest Scotland, Sparrow creates exclusively wheel-thrown stoneware pottery by hand; each piece bearing the imprint of his care and vision. His aesthetic is modest, grounded in earth tones and tactile matte finishes, needing no embellishment to ring with material truth. Finding elegance in restraint is the essence of his creative practice.
