Description

This series of pillows from Madda Studio incorporates wool from the indigenous Chiapa sheep, hand-spun on a pre-Hispanic drop spindle, and dyed by hand using local indigo and boxwood dyes. The square decorative pillows feature a weave pattern that highlights the irregularity of the wool, with a rich texture and natural luster. 

Available in five distinct colors.

Envelope closure. Goose down fill insert included. 

Due to the natural dye process, natural wool variation inherent in the handspun wool and the available wool at the time of production, there may be slight differences in tone within the same color. No two batches are exactly the same but they will be very close; imperfection is to be expected and celebrated. Note: Products dyed naturally with cochineal may experience slight color transfer onto lighter fabrics, particularly when new.

Care

Dry cleaning recommended; do not machine wash or place in the dryer. If spot cleaning is necessary, air dry flat out of direct sunlight.
